Overview of Body Work
After we accept Christ as our Lord and Savior, He immediately places us into His family called the Body of Christ. In 1 Corinthians Chapter 12, Paul reminds us of some of the benefits of joining this family. For one, God equips Christians with at least one spiritual gift in order to bring Him glory, unify the universal and local church, and empower us to do effective ministry.
